Donation processing through our sponsorship software is temporarily unavailable.

Due to a nationwide outage that impacts our third-party payment processor, credit card and debit card donations are temporarily suspended while our sponsorship software provider, Denari Software, pursues a transition to a new payment processor.

While card processing is temporarily unavailable, secure one-time donations can be made through PayPal to help us continue providing food, education, and daily care for the children we serve.

If you would like to begin a child sponsorship or make an ongoing pledge during this time, please email Sara directly at sara.ghali@hopeforhuruma.org, and she will personally walk you through the process.

What this means for You

Your personal payment information has not been compromised. According to our payment processor, BridgePay’s official updates, no payment card data has been accessed or exposed during this incident, and any files touched by ransomware were encrypted. Unprocessed recurring donations will be processed once the system fix is in place.

What this means for Huruma

This outage places us in a financially precarious position, as sponsorship gifts directly fund essential, day-to-day needs for the children in our care. Every delayed payment affects real meals, real education costs, and real stability — which is why restoring processing quickly is so important.

If you are able, and would like to help during this temporary disruption, one-time donations can be made securely through PayPal.
